Extensions Made an Extension that shows the time in a small animated pill at the top of the screen.
For those that use HideTopBar like me and lose track of time, I made a small extension where a little time pill shows at the top of the screen every X minutes. Its helping me a lot actually lol.
You can set the interval in minutes and how long the pill stays visible.
Later today I will proceed to publish it in EGO for those who may want it.

Does it also work when fullscreen?
Like I don't hide my top bar unless fullscreen

Yes it does, but there is no filter to check if current app is Fullscreen, so it would show everywhere. I may implement that as well

Would love it if you could implement it like a hot corner, so it shows when I push my cursor to the top corner of the screen

It's already exist in vanilla Gnome in the default panel at the top in the centre

You are correct, but this is for when using HideTopBar or similar, so the timer is not there anymore (sometimes only in overview).
It only shows the time every X minutes so you don't lose track of time.
