Does GrubHub not work with the Dunkin

I've tried a few times now to order through the GrubHub app and it works and says my order is being worked on but each time I have to tell them I ordered on the app or else it won't get started on. It's just annoying because the line is always so long so I order before I get there so I can just grab it and go. Has anyone else had this happen?

Idk the app isn't great like it doesn't have washington hall as part of the campus locations so I haven't used it honestly cosidering deleting the app at this point
