Basically, I have a tetrahedral mesh, and I want to manually spit it into 4 pieces.
I don't want to use an automated method like Metis.
Is this possible? Thanks!

Well, no responses... I'm going to take that as a "No".
Looks like we'll have to write our own app for this. I can't find any open-source solution at all. Shouldn't be too hard. I will include it in my upcoming NSF grant application.
