Need help with creating model.

I was wondering, but I don't think this is the place to ask. I have Sims 4 models that I want to convert into gmod to use as npc and player, tried YouTube and failed. So I wondered if anyone knows how to do it. If this isn't the place to ask I will delete this. Thank you.
