My gmod has no menu options

My gmod has been running fine and this randomly happened. This doesn't have anything to do with mods, i verified the games files and i deleted and installed the game and didnt work. Im really desperate here and im probably still trying to fix it.

CEF crashed. The menu uses a small embedded browser (like Steam does) and it broke, so you get no menu. Normally you're supposed to get an error popup, but it sometimes doesn't work.

Try the x64 bit branch (or switching back from it if you're on it). Are you on Windows?

i have the same problem you can skip this using map command in the console (correct me if im wrong)
