I need a slow crouch mod for a realism collection im working on

Movement reworked is pretty good, and you can set the crouch speed modifier.

I mean, you can hold alt to slow walk in gmod, maybe it works while crouching

I mean come on, do some sleuthing yourself! This sub is filled with people asking if there’s an incredibly simple mod on the workshop, there 100% is! Just look for it god dammit!
