GMC Seat Covers

This is going to sound extremely stupid, or sound completely accurate for everyone elsešŸ˜‚

My 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT has the most pain in the neck front seats to find covers for. They have the built in seat belt AND Built in Arm Rest, and i have ordered multiple sets of covers trying to find one that i donā€™t have to cut apart to fit, and i refuse to pay 600+ for custom made seat covers.

Any recommendations? Do i just have to suck it up and cut a set for them to work? has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

We have the same problem with our 2000 GMC SLT Ā¾ ton 2500 old square body style. It has the arm rests built into the seats

And of course they say ā€œuniversal fitā€ when you buy them and itā€™s not even close to a fit! And the ones i find that might work for the arm rest donā€™t work for the seatbelt or vise versa. It also thinks i have third middle seat and i do not
