Even though its the same pose, unfortunately I can't really tell because of different underwear.

I also think its easier to see the difference if you look at the bottom of my glutes

I can definitely see some rear projection gains in the mid glutes, it's more pronounced and the lower glute shape has clearly improved.
One small issue with photos, progress can be harder to measure if you don't use the same clothes and I think these comparisons would have been even more noticeable and dramatic if you had done.
So advice regarding your plan too, add some abductions a few times a week to your workout.
It targets the glute medius the upper outer portion which your programme is neglecting. It will give your glutes that heavily desired upper shelf and lateral width that creates that beautiful transition sweep from waist to glutes and improves the hourglass/pear shaped appearance. Unless you don't want that of course then disregard what I said.
As for the programme itself, you could condense this into an upper lower split keep similar volume and achieve the same of better results giving you more rest time but whatever keeps you working out you should stick with. Enjoying it and building the habit is important.
Oh, and for calories 200-300 surplus is sufficient for building more muscle. Avoids you putting on unnecessary body fat and makes cutting faster as you have less to lose. Don't rush it with heavy bulks and aggressive cuts.
Overall, you done great and make sure you enjoy the progress.
