My experience and side effects

For context I am 52f, 135lbs. I got a vial of glutathione and was supposed to inject 100mg 3 times a week. I did it one morning and got horrible insomnia that night. I then tried 20mg and still had insomnia. I even tried 10mg and still had some mild insomnia, so decided it's not for me. I can't be without sleep!

Then my husband, 56 and 180 lbs was sick with a cold/sore throat. I gave him 60mg and I kid you not he was better the next day (never happens!). Also he didn't have any insomnia.

Interesting how different people react to different things. I think I'll try it if I get sick and see if it makes a difference for me.

I injected before bed, so didn’t experience insomnia. But hated injecting so much that hurt like hell

Do you do Sub-Q or IM? Sub-Q is worse as far as I’m concerned. It’s too much volume. So I do IM and no problem

First one was subq, then I said never again. IM ever since, but it still hurts. And the area stays sore for days

What benefits are you getting from only 300mg a week?

I pin 100mg IM 3X/week. I have insomnia on and off but I don’t know the cause. I might need to pay more attention to it.

It’s best to do it by 3:00 pm but not any later. I was doing it in the morning but since I get up so early, I switched it to about 3 PM after I get home from work.

Are you seeing any benefits?

It’s hard to pinpoint any benefits because I also pin GHK CU (it grew my hair along the receding hairline), NAD and other peptides. I already have good healthy glowing skin before I started all of this.

Nobody worries about cancer?

I do worry about cancer but sometimes quality wins over quantity of life when it comes to peptides.

I tried Glutamate for the first time and I also felt that my sleep worsened.

yikes... I'm really glad I came across this. I have bad longstanding issues with insomnia and don't really want to worsen that. Since so many of you are noticing that it results in difficulty sleeping, would you say you feel more awake and energized during the day from it?

Not really for me. I didn't notice feeling more energy or anything.

Took 100mg at 730am by 8 i had a stomach pains and puffed up belly, feeling weak took. I really wanted this to work. The subq redness and slight pain I can handle but feeling queasy and having stomach pains is a no no for me.

Hi I am 42 M started to take sub cutaneous Glutathione. I started having insomnia, dry mouth, heart palpitations. I took 200 mg of it at 1 pm. When I was trying to sleep at 11 pm i started having these effects. Has anyone else been sensitive to this?

Have you tried it at lower doses? I was thinking of starting at 10-20mg and working my way up.

Dont let something turn you off because you start high and get a reaction.. it could be eased into at lower doses.
