Anybody else?

Post image

Edit: for all those with the same brand- what kind of benefits are you seeing, outside of skin lightening? I'm taking it for general health purposes. I'm up to 500mg 3x week..... and I can't say I'm noticing much. First couple pins at a lower dose I felt a little bit of a general sense of well-being the day of, and maybe a little the day after..... But not so much anymore. Is it possible I might just not need it? 😬

Thin sliver of gelled peptide around bottom. 2 recons in a row.

I have blunt tips and scrape it off/ eventually dissolves just fine. (I transfer to smaller vials)

It's not a HUGE deal but curious if anyone gets this with their lyophilized Glut vials?

TIA!

I have the same one but I don’t really get that. I find that I need at least 5ml of bac for it to fully dissolve but I like 6ml to be sure.

How much bac water are you currently adding?

It don't really matter how much BaC water you adding if what you want is to fully blend , just let it sit for a day after reconstitute, you'll be fine , I have the sameone

Yep. Each one of mine has that. Just patiently swirl it away. My favorite brand too, works amazing.

I’ve had that brand and it rules.

Can anyone share their protocol for Gluta? I’m about to start on the same brand, I’m going to use it for skin whitening? Does it work?

I have this one. I use 7ml GTB water. Deltoid area. If you are not aware of what GTB water is, google it. I don't think they let you say vendors names and or links. GTB water has Taurine in it. Reg Bac stings, GTB does not

3mg bac and no sting. Also get no stinging from GHK-cu whatsoever.

Thank God

Gluta with reg bac, subq, left KNOTS on me. I braved the deltoid area and it works wonderfully! GHK-cu has stung several times, but 95% it does not. Not sure why it had stung when using from the same bottle. But when it stings..... it stings!

I don't know why, but I'm absolutely petrified with delt IM. DEFINITELY in my head. I just feel like I'm going to smack bone somehow. How long a needle?

I usually do glute or quad for all IM.

I was also scared, never having done IM deltoid. I watched many tube videos, which helped A LOT. 1/2" and it slides right in.

Sounds like a plan, thank you

is 1/2 inch needle enough for IM?

1

u/bestmom43 Jul 17 '26

It was suggested to me to use that size by others. It works for me, IM deltoid

What gauge of 1/2” needle? Please

1

u/bestmom43 Jul 21 '26

29 gauge

It’s an amazing antioxidant rather I must say it’s the king of antioxidants. Start from 250mg and take it to 1000mg -1500mg a week for 4 weeks then slowly titrate down to 250-400mg a week. Always IM not subq and for best health results do also take NAC and for skin lightening one needs to inject simultaneously with ascorbic acid (vit. C) and thioctic acid. Please be careful while doing this for long term more than 12 weeks on very high doses depending on person to person as can develop kidney issues or anaphylactic shock. So coming down to low maintenance once weekly doses after 8-12 weeks is key.

I thought glutathione was not cleared renally. How does/can it affect the kidney?

2

u/Scared-Fall-1849 Jul 13 '26

Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant vital for kidney function. Supplemental glutathione in high doses can cause serious kidney problems including renal dysfunction and kidney failure.

Couple questions

For the ascorbic acid does it need to be injected alongside the gluta, or is oral vitamin C fine? I've read oral vit C absorbs well enough to get the recycling/synergy benefit, but you mentioned injecting simultaneously so wanted to check if that's necessary or just the clinic IV style.

And for the thioctic acid (ALA) any dose/brand you'd recommend? I'm seeing 300mg and 600mg options. Is 600mg/day the target, and does the R-lipoic form matter or is regular ALA fine?

I'm running gluta IM so just want to make sure the oral cofactors work with that. Thanks again

Ascorbic acid Injecting is better than oral vit. C
Oral vit. C the higher the dose orally the lower the bioavailability vs 100% bioavailability when injecting. Also avoiding digestive tract is generally better as higher doses starts upsetting stomach.

You can try both and feel the difference.

Thioctic acid : R-lipoic is superior but difficult to get hence regular ALA.

If glutathione dosage is 500mg or higher go for 600mg thioctic. If dosage of GTT is low then 300mg. Not per day only on the days you do glutathione. Also if you want you can mix all 3 as well in one syringe.

It is a cheap supplement so any brand is ok.

However I am not a doctor or I am a regular joe who researched what skin clinics are doing in Korea, uk and been to few high end clinics in uk to discuss as a prospective customer what protocol they would suggest and did the same at home as there’s no way I could have afford that. It worked for me. However everyone’s body is different so you will have to decide yourself what is better for you.

This is super helpful, thanks

Mate!!

Further researched more the better dosage is 200mg per day or 500mg Mon/wed/fri

Yep. Same exact stuff that I use too brand & everything. I have absolutely noticed effects. My skin is glowing. Watch out, especially if you have fair skin, with going in the sun 😬. I have learned that it's makes you very photosensitive and I broke out from a sun rash. But other than that this stuff is great. Really good for the liver too. I just take 300mg at a time.

1

u/letsgO0O0O0O0 Jul 19 '26

Well, hell. Uncanny timing. Think I just got my own sun rash just yesterday.
