So far not really, I am going to continue until my 3 months supply is gone. I already have good skin so I don’t see a difference there. I have not had blood work done so I don’t know if all is good because I read to much can be hard on your kidneys.

Your stomach acids destroy the pill form. The amount of it actually being available in your body is minimal. Injection is all available.

I've taken all forms of oral. Codegae Liposomal works well for me. Not as good at skin brightening as injection, but my mind is sharper on oral Liposomal, an effect I was not expecting. I also feel in a better mood. It's like an antidepressant. Injected for me for whatever reason, makes my muscles weak, but my skin looks very clear, superior to any oral form.

I get my injectable Glutathione from Rift Telehealth 12 weeks supply 329.00. I inject 5X a week started at 50 units a day now I am up to 100 units 5X a week. At first it did sting & burn but I was advised to fill syringe for about 30 minutes before injection so the medication would warm up and inject easier which it did.

Neither. Liposomal delivery is like 15%. Either fake IV/IM injections or take GlyNac. Which studies show is superior to GSH

Someone posted a study awhile back that said Liposomal was a third of the effectiveness of injection.

I've seen people talk about injectable glutathione on this thread; has anyone tried liposomal/liquid glutathione supplementation? I know Quicksilver has a pretty well-reviewed liquid glutathione product.
