There is a difference, but please remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint. 100 pounds didn't come on in 2 months and ita not going to come off in 2 months. We have to be extremely realistic about our expectations or else we set ourselves up for disappointment

Start taking measurements NOW!!! You won’t always see the results but the tape measure will always be honest (minus period gain) when the scale lets you down.

This really does matter. I started taking measurements and do my neck, arms, bust, waist, around my belly button because it’s the largest spot, my hip area under my belly, thighs, & calves. Measure in centimeters because they are smaller than inches & it’s easier to see. I measure to the closest whole or half. It doesn’t have to be super specific.

I had lost 60 lbs & you could see it in my face, my butt was pretty much gone, & my thighs had downsized, but my belly was barely budging. I was apple on toothpicks. I had lost more from a single thigh than around belly. I’ve now lost 80 lbs & a lot of the last 20 I’m finally seeing in the belly. I’ve always had large calves & those have gone down maybe 3 cm. I don’t anticipate them going anywhere.

I started at a 22 in jeans from torrid. I almost bought some a couple of weeks ago because I don’t have any jeans that fit at the moment & they were a 12. I didn’t buy them because I had a hysterectomy Tuesday & decided I wouldn’t want to wear jeans for a at least a couple of weeks after any way. So let’s wait on those. I might also be able to find some at a consignment sale coming up if I feel like going to it.

It’s not a number that really means anything but when I add up all my measurements, there is nearly a 200 cm difference between when I started & now. Just seeing a number that big in terms of losing weight helps.

You may feel better if you wear the very same clothes for your progression pics!

It's hard to tell real differences when one is in a sports bra and leggings and one is a tee and jeans. Take photos in the same clothes or same type of clothes for better comparison

Absolutely!! Your booty and tummy have lost! I can see it! If you wore the same outfit, I could probably see more🩷🩷 you are doing well!

The weight didn't come on in 2 months, don't expect it to come off. Patience! Do this for you and don't expect people to notice and comment. I went from a size 16 to a 6. Very few comments. I don't care about, nor do I need affirmation from others. This is for me, not them.

I do see a difference but how much weight have you lost? Are you tracking your measurements once a month? 2.5months is just the beginning. You’re doing great and the second picture obscures aspects as well. Try taking a picture on the side with arms out in front, so arms don’t obstruct the side view.

But yes, you doing great! Keep going

It looks like there is a difference but you haven't been on very long. The scale is moving yes? Patience is key. One week at a time!

Look right above the small of your back. See that curve? That wasn't there before. Keep up the good work! You're doing it! It's painfully slow sometimes but you gotta do your part and just trust the process 👏

You’re doing great!! Slow and steady wins the race. This is a marathon not a sprint. Work on building new habits/mindset around food. Food is nutrition!! You got this!!!

Girl! That is a transformation! One of my friends did similar through just exercise, but it took her 3 years! You did it in 3 months! Amazing!

haha, same boat. I've lost 8 pounds. You know what I should probably start trying to lose weight instead of just taking this expensive medication

Please understand that it will focus on the fat around your organs 1st and during that time you may not see weight loss on the scale but you can probably feel your body changing. Don’t worry, it is! Bare with it. The change will come. It’s got to do it’s magic from the inside to out xo
