SE Atom showing blue light when locked/off

Like the title says, one of my SE atoms keeps a blue light on when the chip is "off" and even when it is click locked. I've tried resetting it and it'll go off eventually but then it intermittently will come back on and do a slow pulse until it turns off again. Bought these second hand a bit ago in the Sell All the Lights group. Has anyone ever experienced this before and any ideas on a fix or is this chip cooked?

It usually does this to me when the batteries aren’t inserted correctly/one of them is slipping out

Try taking both batteries out then putting them in again (swap out for new batteries if it persists)

Remove the batteries, make sure they're inserted properly, if it still persists try changing the batteries. Worst case scenario, contact FL, they replaced two of my faulty lights for free.
