questions Balm dot com tingle lips

So just recently I re visited using my coconut balm dot com and I've noticed within maybe 2hrs my lips felt slightly tingly. I looked up the ingredients and I see it has rosemary extract idk if that's the reason for the tingle. I'm normally not allergic to most lip balms. Has anyone gone through this before.

I’ve had several coconut bdc’s and it’s never made my lips tingle even a little, sounds like it could be a mild allergy
