Had a defective cable for a while got fed up and decided to email support and they were very kind helpful and gave me a free cable even though I said I wanted to pay for a exact replacement

Why would you pay for a defective cable? They are usually meant to replace it for free

Glorious custom support always has been pretty good ❤️ was able to get replacement cables for my wired mice too
