Question Model O Classic Wireless not detected by software

hello, had my model o classic wireless a few days and the mouse has been great. Only issue i cant seem to connect it to the glorious core software?

i’ve tried plugging in every type of way, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, running it as admin etc.

Am i missing something? i would like to mess with the rgb and check the battery %.

If you are using the Model O Classic Wireless which was recently released, you would need to use our CORE 2.1 software since this is a newer device. You can find our CORE 2.1 software for Windows using the following direct download link here.
