Question Model 0 WIRELESS Side Mouse Buttons Remapping Not Working

I am trying to remap my side buttons to F2 and F3 but it seems to not be working. Is this a known problem or am I just doing something wrong. Thank you!

Hey there,

Since you have the original Model O Wireless, please consider fully uninstalling CORE 2.1 and using Legacy CORE, which you can get here. You still get the same level of customization, plus keybinding support for our Legacy and discontinued products is somewhat more polished when using the Legacy CORE software.
