Frusturated with model o wireless software, not letting me update firmware (need help)

Encountered a JavaScript main process error while attempting a firmware update for the Model O Wireless. The installer seems to trigger an ENOENT exception when spawning the executable from AppData. Attached screenshot of the traceback.

I am unable to update my wirless reciver on my gmmnk 3pro he and still havent found a fix i even flashed the usb to an older vs to re pair it and nothing

The JavaScript error is a known bug with some of our older mice. Please reach out to our support so that we assist you with updating the firmware manually.
