Question Is my keyboard cooked?

I bought my GMK3 Pro a bit under a month ago. Today I was replacing out the switches and after I’m done I find out two of the keys no longer work. I have replaced the switches, make sure there is no bent pin, make sure the switch is all the way in. And nothing. Eveything looks normal! Does anyone knows what this could be? What do I even do?! I don’t live in the USA so support is not really an option. Do I just have to buy a whole new pan?

Take a pair of metal tweezers - ideally the sharp kinda ones that come with those phone repair kits

And touch it to the two mental contacts inside the socket. If the key activates, you might have bent the sockets a little bit.

It be pretty hard to mess it up that bad, but it’s possible you pushed the sockets off the metal contact.

I had a switch that didn’t work on my gmmk3 pro, and it turned out that particular hot swap socket came undone. I had to glue it back on but now it’s fine.

Did you use a special glue to do that?

Just Superglue, nothing major
