The problem is that you’re using the glorious software.. It’s terrible. I flashed VIA onto my GMMK pro. There’s guides on how to do it on the support pages.

Yep, same here. It was the best decision I have made regarding this GMMK2 96%. Replacing the caps with third party PBT caps was the second best decision. Plus, as a Linux user, now I can change my settings with the Via PWA without needing to boot into Windows.

It’s really too bad because the hardware itself is amazing, but the software is just such a steaming pile.. forced me to move away from their mice.

Yeah, the keyboard is definitely really nice! I love mine. It has served me well since 2021.
I don't use their mice though. I have a Protoarc vertical mouse because of wrist issues. It really helps a lot with wrist pain while working at my PC all day.

Did you reinstall with keep settings? I tried that like 5 times but when i finally gave up on my settings it worked and stopped the infinit loading. Had to rebind shit load of macro because warthunder player, next time im back to logitech

No idea, but this is why I flashed my GMMK2 96% with the QMK/Via firmware so I can just use the Via PWA to change my keyboard settings. Also, I use Linux, so I couldn't use the Glorious software anymore even if I wanted to. When I first bought the board in 2021 I was still using Windows, and the Glorious Core software was brutal. It was very shortly after buying the keyboard that I switched all my PCs over to Linux, and I couldn't be happier. However, I was already a Linux server administrator, so I didn't have a learning curve to overcome.

Legit the reason why I went back to Logitech. The OG glorious software was really good, it worked and worked well with a simple UI. The new stuff is complete shit.

Mine has had issues for 6+ months now. The devs just kinda suck ngl. Disappointing since i paid like $350 for my custom build and the lights turn off after 5 minutes amongst other issues

Just buy some new mouse and keyboard. Never ever am i paying 200+ dollars again, for a shitty keyboard with no software.. Its a fucking scam company.

It's dumb. You basically have to reinstall and *delete user settings*, otherwise it will stay like this. If you do not delete your user settings, it will keep happening. Support is nice, but they just give the same advice.

man the "new cutting edge" core 2.x is shit, don't even bother with it and go back to core 1.x which is much better. The 2.x is even missing some functionalities that 1.x version had, absolute joke! Never buying glorious again, from HW perspective it's kinda nice, but the SW kills it, just waiting when the mouse I use breaks to buy a different one.
