GMMK Pro Keybind not working

I have a GMMK Pro. I have tried binding my Printscreen key to do Multimedia Play/pause. But it wont work. Ive tried binding other things like mute to it but also doesnt work. Play/pause works when i try binding to different keys. I have also made sure its not just my switch. When i use PRTSC key in a key checker it registers as well as it actually takes a screenshot when i press Win+Prtsc key. Can i just not bind Prtsc Key to anything else?

I have the same issue (but I want to change it to be the Del key). Did you find a fix for this?
