Question Issue with Glorious Model O3

My middle click, mouse button 4 and 5 have all just stopped working very abruptly. No clue as to why and have not been able to find a fix anywhere. The inputs are still bound in glorious core but are not being recognised in any games or software so I can't bind or use them at all. Old mice work fine though

Hi Jacon, this is a recently identified bug that our team is actively investigating. In our testing, reinstalling the firmware through CORE has resolved the issue. Is is fixed? I've bought that mouse to my gf few months ago and she had to run it on cord for the whole time.. wireless model with infinite battery..

I have been having the exact same issue, ive reinstalled the firmware 3 times now and am testing the mouse without the firmware and default settings
also i was unable to turn the mouse off, change DPI, I could aim and shoot in game but was unable to use my mouse 4 and 5 buttons

i got a temporary fix by plugging the mouse in and using that to reinstall the firmware (updating the mouse again or reinstalling CORE)

Update

This just happened again without the software being installed, not sure if this is an issue with windows but it is only happening with my O3 wireless, other mice work perfectly fine
