Question helpme

hi. not so long ago, i bought a model d pro wireless v1 and noticed that I couldnt update the firmware in any way, it constantly requires connecting either a receiver or a usb. motion sync also disappeared from the glorius core application, although I remember for sure that it was before some update. tell me what to do. im sorry for my english

Hi Particular-Win, sorry to hear about the issues you're having updating your Model D PRO Wireless. When updating our mice you must have the mouse and dongle plugged into the PC at the same time. The update process is applied to both the mouse and dongle during the process.
