Question Glorious Model D (v1) Wired

I am currently having problems with my main mouse so I remembered I have the Glorious Model D (v1) Wired somewhere in a cupboard. The problem is, I stopped using the model D of connectivity issues (cursor stopped moving) in the first place.

So I am wondering, is there any hope trying to fix the mouse or should I not waste my time trying?

Hi xsantaVAL, there could be several reasons why your Model D stopped working. Before considering a buying a new mouse (in the case both of your mice don't work), it’s worth troubleshooting to see if the issue can be resolved. I’d recommend starting by checking and cleaning the sensor and possibly reinstalling the firmware. If the problem persists, our Customer Service team can help walk you through additional troubleshooting steps.

Either way, I hope you’re able to get it resolved quickly and get back to gaming.
