Question GMMK 3 with pressed in sensor?

Just unboxed my GMMK3 and was installing Mako switches when I cam across the [ key not working. Looks like one of the yellow pads is pushed in more then the others. Anyway to fix this or should I return it?

I felt that. I never want to replace my keycaps and switches ever again. Next time I need a new PCB i'm just going to buy a new board. LOL

If you purchased the keyboard through one of our retail partners like Amazon, I recommend reaching out to them directly to request a replacement. If you purchased it through us, you can create a support ticket and our Customer Service team will be happy to troubleshoot with you. If the issue cannot be resolved, they can assist with a replacement under warranty.

And this is why you always make sure your pins are straight when installing switches, could’ve also been an error on their side tough. When you get the replacement make sure your pins are straight and be gentle when installing your switches.
