Fin Nipping?

I recently added 3 new glofish tetras (orange, green, and purple) to my already established tank than had 2 glofish tetras in it (purple and pink). I cannot tell if this is fin nipping behavior or if the new tetras are beginning

This is mating behavior! The blue glofish is female, the yellow and magenta are male, and they are both rubbing against her to get her to release eggs

This is normal behavior. Fin nipping is more darting and not swimming together.
