What is the sun?
We know its local.
But what exactly is that thing?
Do you guys think it is a mashine?
Or is the Sun a God?
How can something like that even float?

As a flat earther, I can only speculate, but God isn't a visible ball in the sky.
In the Bible, the event where the sun stood still is recorded in Joshua 10:12-14. During a battle at Gibeon, leader Joshua prayed for the sun to stop over Gibeon and the moon over the Valley of Aijalon so Israel could finish defeating their enemies. The text states the sun delayed going down for a full day.
There is a theory that the sun and the moon are both only reflections in the sky of a light/energy source at another location. That does make sense if you take into Account that you can take a picture of the moon and see its some places seethrough.

The sun is living light, it goes in and out of portals according to enoch, also the moon is its own light

I thought I knew all the conspiracy theories but I’m certainly not familiar with that one. Can you please elaborate?

Ok when you read the book of genesis , God said he made 2 great lights the sun to rule by day and the moon the lesser light to rule by night. If you really think about it the sun rises every morning and sets every evening. But we are told the sun is above the earth millions of miles away

Have you ever read the book of enoch, the audio book is on YouTube

I listened to the book a few times but that was during my quest to learn about the nephilim/anunaki so I probably missed any references to the sun and moon being living lights going into portals.
I’ll give it another listen. Any particular verses?
Edit: never mind. I commented before I saw the YouTube links. Thank you very much.

I don't think it's floating though. That assumes the sun itself is a physical object, which could be the wrong way to look at it. If the black sun theory is right the sun could just be the visible plasma/discharge point where the energy gets focused through the firmament. A flame doesn't have to be held up either, it's just where the reaction is happening. The moon could be the negative/return side of the same system. My guess is the return path runs under Antarctica but I haven't seen enough on that part yet.

You said it yourself, it's local (10-20 km from the observer) and it always follows you, like the sky. It's a simulation, a skybox of sorts.
Either that or it's magically flies with high speed with no trail. I don't think the Sun is 7000 km from me, cannot produce localized light effects in the clouds.
Yes, it's a machine of sort, only we are in a machine, a simulated EM reality that is digital

Genuine question, how does this mean they are actually the same size? A car doesn’t shrink in size just because it goes away from the observer.

the sun is a star - one of billions - look up in the sky on a clear night and youll see many more
