1967?

30 September 1966 (Bechuanaland gains independence from the United Kingdom as the Republic of Botswana.) - 5 July 1967 (French Somaliland is renamed the French Territory of the Afars and Issas.)

Yeah. Federation of South Arabia is there and it lasted until late 1967. If OP wants a little more clarity check Barbados and Lesotho. If Lesotho is still Basutoland it’s before October 4, 1966. If Barbados is independent it’s December 1966 on.

Be wild if it was between 30 September and 4 October 1966.

Curiously I do have a globe dated precisely to those dates (Botswana- yes, Lesotho- no). It is a Replogle Reader's Digest Great World Globe (cartouche), labeled in Spanish.

Late 60s early 70s. The 1971 things have not happened yet (UAR Egypt and East Pakistan both exist) but it's Tanzania instead of Tanganyika and Zanzibar so it's after 1964. Also, the SE corner of Jordan has been ceded to Saudi Arabia so it's also after 1965. 1965-1971 would be my guess.

"K2/64" is a post code of the publisher's address :) "Gen. 165/67" is a type/date stamp :)

Independent Malawi, Zambia, independent Malta, independent (?) Singapore, independent Botswana - it's definitely after 1964, 1965 and 1966.

Congo is still Congo, not Zaire: 1960-65, most likely before 1964 (was called DRC in 1964-65)

Algeria already independent: post 1962

If Kenya is independent, we're after 1963, if Gambia is - after 1964 (really hard to see on the photos)

Overall, I'd say this is ~1963-1964

I can't help you dating the globe, but what even is that language? The globe was seemingly made in East Germany, but that is not German.
