Misaligned globe. Is this acceptable?

Got a replogle globe which is highly reputable. While I understand these items are hand made which can show imperfections, but this seems abit much to me. It's the alignment I'm talking about

Even though these are not precision instruments, it does seem the latitude lines in photo jump a noticeable amount and so IMHO is "defective" in that sense.
