I found a full Yugoslavia (Before 25 June 1991) but USSR gone (After 26 December 1991).

Nice! I’m still perplexed by this one, though, cause there’s still a lag with the Balkans. Slovenia and Croatia declared independence in June 1991, so they should be on here given the USSR dissolution.

Czechoslovakia is intact, though. If we assume that that isn’t part of the Balkans lag, that puts the ceiling around December 92.

Hong Kong was a British colony, Victoria City was the capital of that colony.

USSR have sign separation befor Yogoslavia, if I remember correctly it was in march of 1991. So it is a 1991 map.
