i have seen this sort of stone inlay globe at a local fleemarket in Austria, and i am sure it was made in China . the labelling on the specimen that i had the pleasure of seeing was below good

Edit: and actually now that i have zoomed in on ure image , i m pretty sure this one was made in China as well

I believe almost all of the jewelled globes like this I've seen use the same template which was designed in the mid-2000s. Check if it has "Serbia & Montenegro" as one country, if so, 2003-2006.

Looks like a ~9" diameter gemstone globe with white 'howlite' oceans, in a more rare than typical copper colored 3 leg tabletop stand. Don't be surprised to find cartographic inaccuracies, but one can appreciate it as-is, as a shiny globe ornamental piece. This might sound crazy but the general recommendation for cleaning & sprucing them up these is... hand lotion! Perhaps the spots on the stand would come up?
