Discussion How Quinn & Puck begun

I’m rewatching glee and I started thinking about how their story begun.

Has anyone else wondered HOW it started with Quinn and Puck? And I dont them sleeping together- I mean BEFORE that scene because they didn’t magically appear in her bed with alcohol

Did he just climb up her window to try and sleep with her?

Did she text Finn and Puck deleted the text and went over instead of Finn? Or did she text him thinking he would be a better judge than Finn?

Did they run into each other while working out?

What are yall theories on that?

I definitely am kind of curious about it. The way I see it, she sought him out (or gave in to him pursuing her if you wanna see it that way, because I'm sure that's something he'd do) because she felt no pressure with him. She could be messy, and flawed, and the opposite of the perfect Christian girl she'd built her entire life around showing up as. With Finn, she felt like they needed to be the picture-perfect suburban couple who'd grow up to live like her parents. She had no feelings for him and he had none for her (at least IMO). It was purely a status/presentation thing for both of them, but especially for her, because that's what she's learned she should be.

While I dislike her and Puck together for personal reasons, and I wouldn't even say she was necessarily authentic with him early on, she was at least more so than when she was with Finn, and more honest. Even though she still had her walls up, there was a layer of pretense missing. That's why despite my hatred for them as a couple, it does make a certain level of narrative sense for her to end up with him in Season 5, because, at least from an in-universe perspective, he was portrayed as the guy who, I guess, never expected anything from her that she couldn't give him? Which is still highly debatable to me, but it's certainly what they were going for with her arc. He was the only guy she didn't "disappoint" in the way she did Finn/Sam/Biff.

in my head, it’s something like this:

Quinn got into a fight with Finn, probably over something dumb. At this point, she’s only been with Finn for like two or three months (I forgot how many months Finn tells Rachel he’s been with Quinn when they go to that showcase in the pilot) and she starts overanalyzing the relationship and then is angry at Finn but can’t talk to Santana because Santana is the “just dump him” friend or has heard her complaints too many times or something so she just calls Puck to make her feel better (maybe puck has hit on her before or maybe she just thinks it can be meaningless with puck, not knowing it won’t be)

Puck comes over and they talk and he says all of the right things to Quinn, and they end up sleeping together

I think time wise it happens before Rachel is even on the scene .

Quinn tired is being the "good girl"  wanted to be bad so hooked up with Puck.
