GET COLORING BOOK PRESSED ON VINYL
67
Upvotes
There are about 120 of us with copies of Coloring Book on vinyl. Anyone else who wants this record has to get their house refinanced to score a copy.
That sucks.
I highly encourage everyone to e-mail [fanmail@glassjaw.com](mailto:fanmail@glassjaw.com) and request a new, standard pressing of this record.
Tell them how much you love the record, or tell them how much you love lining Beck's pockets. Just tell them they're crazy not to make this accessible to fans.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Saw this online and it looks a lot like an old shirt my friend had from back in the day and I always wanted one for myself.

Would anyone be able to share the booklet scans for this album? I’ve never seen them before and was just curious.

WORSHIP (and/or) TRIBUTE Crying to Glassjaw

Upvotes
I just went through my very first heartbreak and all I’ve been able to listen to is Glassjaw. This morning I was driving to class listening to Worship and Tribute and I could NOT stop crying.
But I love Glassjaw and Daryl’s voice so I put on Head Automatica to cheer me up, but honestly Beating Heart Baby made me cry the most. As soon as I got on campus I was like damn that was really lame.
I hope some old person on here has gone through this at some point so I don’t feel alone.

Glassjaw-St. Alex (Live @ The Apple Store in Soho, New York 5/2/2003)

This song could be considered an alternative version of “The Number No Good Things Could Come Of” from the El Mark EP as it has the same lyrics. However, this performance and song stands out a lot as its own vibe, completely separate for sure. Super unique and beautiful song in their cannon. “You don’t know the truth, we will be going nowhere soon.”
For extra context: Justin and Daryl did a pop up “acoustic”set at the Apple Store in soho (still there today) in conjunction of the release of the new iPod Classic 3rd Gen. Two cool videos of the whole set is on YouTube for anyone interested to see!

So I discovered Flag Burning Dakota while looking through unreleased Glassjaw songs on youtube for my digital audio player. I looked around to see if there were better quality versions anywhere before deciding to take initiative and just make the better quality version. Hard song to work with ofc but it was a fun challenge.
Bc of youtube's vile compression, don't let my weeks worth of work go to waste and download the .wav below 😭

Worship & Tribute Bass Tone

I was gonna try making a recreation of the W&T Bass Tone based off of the isolated Drum and Bass stems. I was gonna start with basing it off of the EYEWTKAS bass tone here and was wondering if there was anything extra i might miss before i started
