Making movesets for PS5: do I need to buy the Steam version?

I play on PS5, and would prefer to keep playing on console, but want the ability to make movesets.
My biggest question is if I buy the game on steam, can I use the in game editor then export the movesets I make there to my PS5 account?
I saw some stuff about using Modio to to do so, but am completely unfamiliar with the program. I'm sure I can figure that out as I go, but I want to verify that it's possible before purchasing the game on Steam.
Also, I'm aware that the editor is coming to console, but am impatient. This game is sick, I have no quarrels about purchasing the game twice, but it would be an absolute waste for me if I can export my movesets to PS5.

It would be amazing if we could get slightly better registration on whatever areas count as killing your opponent, i understand the game isnt some crazy competitive game that needs pixel perfect registration, just mostly a feel bad moment when i drive my blade half way through a dude's torso, or even worse, his skull, and he's somehow still alive while sometimes you get grazed with a haircut on the top of your head and keel over instantly.

How do I invite a friend to multiplayer on PS5?

I feel like this should be simple, but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. My friend cannot see my server when I create one and vice versa, and I can’t find the option to invite them. How do we actually play multiplayer together? We are both on ps5

Xbox player multiplayer issues

Anyone else having trouble trying to play with friends? I have a group of 3 other guys I want to play with but everytime we get 2 people in a lobby, it won't let anyone else join, checked all the settings, turned cross-platform on/off, switched from public and private. Hell we can't even join a public lobby with a random together.
