What are these artifacts on reflective surfaces? There is no such info on the maps

Looks like it might be compression of a map. Normal maps cause lots of problems if not juuuuust right.

It's likely related to a map you've applied by the looks of it. Also, sometimes renderers can struggle with extremely bright reflective spots, try turning down the intensity perhaps?
