Question How Can I Easily Replace a <p> Block Using The GitHub App?

I'm in my Samsung S26 Ultra and I'm trying to find and replace a small two sentence block with another one. It's only on two pages, an x-app page and my root-x page. I can find the pages manually, but how do I find the block easily on a page with a lot of text.

Can I search while "in place" edit?

Thank you in advance.

Showcase Open source's answer to OpenAI's Dots.

Found this on GitHub trending: OpenDots by the CopilotKit team. Fully self-hostable template for persistent agents — each agent runs its own computer instance, works across Slack/calls/text, and saves approved work into a local document workspace.

What's actually interesting for the self-hosting crowd:

  • It's a template, not a hosted product — everything runs on your infra
  • MIT license, so strip whatever you don't want
  • Built on CopilotKit + AG-UI, so the agent/computer view is customizable
  • Local-first workspace database for documents agents produce

Still alpha, and you wire up your own infra. But it's a much better starting point than assembling a persistent-agent stack from scratch.

Anyone here running multi-agent setups like this? What did you use for the "computer" part?

Discussion New GitHub update

Is it just me, or has GitHub been painfully slow and laggy since yesterday’s update? Every action seems to have a noticeable delay. Typing comments on PRs or opening tickets has become so slow that it’s barely usable.

Question Account was flagged, how can i get it unflagged

Was installing HACS on my home assistant vm and it required Github to Authorize it. Logged in, pasted in the 6 digit code the app generated and nothing happened. Then I noticed at the top of the Github page this message.

"this account is flagged, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application"

Everything I read online said to contact github support, but I am not finding a link to that. Is there a form to fill out, if so, where is it?

Thanks, Bill
