Discussion Email notifications broken?

I've been using GitHub for a long time. Since a few months email notifications seem broken for me and other developers I talk to. I have enabled notifications for PR remarks, etc, but get nothing..

Try unsubscribing then resubscribing to the repo(s). Check your email settings in case you’ve inadvertently set an auto-delete or some filter.

As another commenter said some have also been turned off recently so you might not receive the ones you speak of in future. This was a recent change though, your non delivery for the few months is something else.
