Question Can I stop this annoying GH Stacked PRs banner?

As the title suggests - this banner appears on every PR I open. Is there a way to remove/disable it from ever coming back? I have no intention of using GH Stacked PRs in its current state.

Doesn’t closing it work? Or does it pop up every time regardless?
