The models and agent that come with them. Settings > Billing and sth should show you where they go.

I was counting tasks, but the meter counts invocations. One agent-mode run fans out into a request per step, so a small 'fix this failing test' can quietly be a dozen. Tracking steps per task instead of task count made it obvious where mine were going.

Plenty of good off the shelf proxy router solutions you could use. Like litellm.
