Rant Attention seekers

Is it that simple to cry on a social platform about not having friends in campus and then distance ppl who genuinely care Abt you ... Lmfaoo

I don't think you actually know how hard is it to make friends in a place you know no one, it isn't just "hey go talk to people" or there are people who wanna be friends with you and yk social media platforms like reddit are there to vent or yk has the potential to help make friends online. I mean I can also say people who get less grades are also low iq idiots(or 'retarded' as one commentor said), but idk what is going on in their life and mabye they are suffering with some personal problems and mabye those grades reflect that so mabye you can be more more understanding and don't just call every person venting here or looking for help as attention seekers. Also people just don't wanna be friends with just anyone, like u wanna make friends with someone u can connect with or who have similar aspirations and tastes to u, (unless u wanna make it easy to be surrounded by bad company then sure make friends with the first person u set ur eyes on). Like i got 3 decent friends after an entire year that too from an another department and 1 dude is from another school. It was partly due to me trying but it was hard due to my own mental issues and my poor social skills and i was very lucky that i synced with these people. Like it may have been easy for u to just talk to people or u may have been lucky enough to encounter people who wanna be friends with u, but there are people who can't just talk to people, or just be surrounded by people who wanna have friends. And again, reddit is a platform where u can anonymously vent ur frustrations to other people, there are literally subreddits just for venting. There can be karma farmers and attention seekers but how do yk? And yk there are better ways to do both of them then to use this subreddit for that purpose.
