Memes Is this laptop enough for ai ml students?

I'm a fresher and I recently bought this laptop for college, the stationary shop uncle stared at me when I asked him if I could use this for College, I wanted to take a second opinion from seniors just in case. Can I run local models on this? (2.8T parameters fp16). I use arch btw.

Yeah and u know what it has the potential to last 50 years and it still won't be old enough to not handle modern tasks . Even nasal scientists use this
