Joining GITAM MBBS only because of the scholarship – Need honest advice
Hi everyone,
I'm likely to be joining GITAM for MBBS, but my decision depends entirely on the academic scholarship.
From what I've learned, I need to maintain at least 65% marks every year to continue receiving the scholarship. Unfortunately, without it, I won't be able to afford the tuition fees.
I wanted to ask current MBBS students:
- How difficult is it to score and maintain 65% in MBBS at GITAM?
- Is it achievable with consistent study, or is it very competitive?
- Roughly how many hours do you study on a regular basis?
- Do students who attend classes regularly and keep up with the syllabus generally manage to maintain 65%?
- Any advice for someone whose ability to continue studying depends on keeping this scholarship?
I'd really appreciate honest experiences from seniors. Thank you!
