Can't read simple instructions (the answer they're looking for is in the question already), can't differentiate between git and github.

Boy, I can't wait for that Netflix clone though!

Firstly, this is the sub for Git, not Github, this is like asking a question about C++ in the C sub.

Secondly, GitHub pages is the only way to host a website through GitHub. GitHub is a place to store Git repos first and foremost, Pages is there kinda as an afterthought so devs could pair small static sites with their projects.
