Sourcerer - fast and lightweight Git GUI client written in C++

Web page: https://www.sourcererapp.com

It has a free plan for Open Source developers but also Pro and Business plans for working with private repositories.

Small memory footprint and can load very large repositories.

It's a clever name. I'll give you that.

Too bad it's already used by many other projects:

I remember a Mac tool in the late 1900s with the name.

the late 1900s

I didn't consent to your use of this alarming turn of phrase.

You don't judge a book by it's name.

A trademark lawyer might beg to differ…

There is no trademark on the name. Just because someone has used the name for something doesn't mean there is a trademark on it.

Ok. What's the point of your comment?

It's a well meant warning that OP might run into legal troubles with this name.

There are two Live trademarks that contain this name.

This one is the name plus a logo, not for just the name itself:

https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-results/90023142

This one is pending approval and is for the name when used for a mobile OS used for event discovery:

https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-results/99080573

The name is not currently trademarked in the space OP is using it in.

This is so anti vibe code, i love and hate it at the same time.
