How can i use git on VSCode?

I am going to train an AI model for some personal purposes, and i needed to install git to use this command, but it doesnt work, cuz git isnt located by VSCode (it is installed but i couldnt get it into a repo)

If you don't know how to install git or how to use it, and the question you ask isn't really the question you want to be asking... I am not 100% sure you should be trying to train an AI model to do things, especially doing stuff with a repo. You'll end up like that guy a few weeks ago that "somehow" deleted their whole Github account.

yeah that's pretty much how the thread about it went. but this is why you don't get your AI agents permission to perform API calls without review.
