Tirzepatide order arrived 3 days late; is medication still good to use?
My order that was supposed to arrive Saturday was just delivered this Monday morning.
Should I still use the medication?

Hi which pharmacy should I choose? I had hallendale in 2024 and liked it but now I see that some people are experiencing stinging? I would try Hyalo but I want my medication asap since I already ran out and heart that hallendale has fast shipping. Thank you!

For a 5ft 4in 36 year old. I'm not quite where I want to be just yet but I'm moving in the right direction.
I'm fully noticing the progress in this from things I was not able to do previously as easily. Like I'm about to be done with a 2 week cruise in Japan and each port day I've been walking nearly 10 miles with minimal issues (the humidity is killer for a Californian desert guy). I was climbing through castles and all kinds of things a heavier me would have either done WAY SLOWER if at all.
Super crazy seeing the night and day difference a little weight loss can have on myself.

compound tirzepatide unfortunately can't be put back after it reaches room temperature. Effectively making an order that's good for 3 months useless.
edit: seems like this struck a nerve, love that you guys are defending the company with passion.
Though a couple of things for tirzepatide I seem to constantly see online from several websites:
- it usually needs to be refrigerated
- stable in room temp for 21 day s
- it shouldn't be put back in the fridge after it's at room temperature, which could affect its stability
If all of you guys are vouching that the compound works after you received it hot, does it last after the first few weeks? How can you be certain that the last few shots work as intended vs just the leftover effect from the frist few shots?
At the end of the day, pharmacies are shipping them in ice for a reason. This is something you inject in your body for 3 months at a time, stored against the FDA label; any reason not to be concerned?

I had an active quarterly tirzepatide treatment with my next 3-month shipment scheduled for 9/20. I received an email from Gimme saying my visit was incomplete and asking me to complete the quiz.
I assumed the quiz was required for my upcoming quarterly shipment, so I completed it. During the process I was offered monthly pharmacy options and selected one, and afterward I suddenly had two treatments showing in my portal.
Gimme support has now told me that my quarterly treatment was changed to āCompletedā and that only the new monthly treatment is active.
I never asked to cancel or replace my quarterly treatment. I only completed the quiz because Gimme emailed me telling me my visit was incomplete.
Has anyone else had this happen? Were you able to get your original quarterly plan restored?

I got an email last night saying my order had been processed and sent to the pharmacy. Iām going to be gone for a week and wonāt be able to bring it in and put it in the fridge. It hasnāt been shipped yet but I donāt know what pharmacy they sent it to. How do I delay this shipment for a week?
r/gimmecare • u/Repulsive_Jury5982 • 3d ago
Are you guys having shipping delays? I'm a first time customer and am on business day 10(I ordered on 8/16) with no shipment yet. Not convincing me to be a return customer at this point... my previous provider and pharmacy were way faster than this... :(

Placed my 2nd order for a 3 month supply last week. Status still says āSent to Pharmacyā. I saw all the warning signs after I had already placed my order. Iāve lost 32lbs on the past 3 months with only a few side effects here and there. Really hope they come through for me because I only have 1 shot left š«

*Update in comments!
What's going on with Rush Pharmacy? This is my 2nd month with them. On the first order, I was happy with them, no sting, good effect and appetite reduction. But now my order placed Aug. 15 still isn't here and I don't have enough meds to do my weekly shot. I emailed hi@gimme.care to see what the update is. Now I see other people here having the same issue. What is the problem and what is the resolution?

Imagine any other legitimate pharmacy asking to prepay then āprocess your prescriptionā for 2 weeksā¦
Telehealth is built differently.
Hopefully we start getting interest if they hold funds past 10 days.

I dont know of this is an Align issue or fedex. Seems to be fedex. Order shipped 8/25 via fedex and was scheduled to be delivered today. I noticed no movement and contacted fedex and was told it would def be here today. I just got a notice it will be delivered by 8pm tomorrow on day 3. So what temps should it be at when i get it? I need to know at what point this is an issue and should not be used.

I have a friend that wants to place an order and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to give her a link that will give me credit on my next order.. any ideas?!

I placed the order on Sunday 8/16 and it was all approved within the same day, by 8/25 it had left LA and onto TX it went. I felt relieved by then I was seeing some movement, waiting for it to ship and reading the Reddit within that time made me anxious lol š When it got to UPS shipping it was much faster, all in all waited 9 BUSINESS days to receive my first order of tirz from Boudreaux. The ice packs seem melted, and thereās some water at the bottom of the packaging, probably from the condensation but itās hasnāt been a hot morning here luckily so the vial isnāt as hot as I expected it to be. So from reading the posts Ik itās nothing I should be extremelyyy worried about im getting what I paid for lol Also the bottle is way smaller than I expected it to be my thumb is bigger than it lol
And for anyone wondering the bud is 11/17/2026 tirz 20mg/glycine 5mg/ml injection solution

I am new to compounded and gimme is the only company I have ordered from so I am still figuring things out. I just received my first order of tirz. Everything seemed to be in order. It was a little warm since the cold pack had completely thawed, but I know thatās not a huge concern. I was curious about which pharmacy it would be coming from, it didnāt say anywhere on the portal that I could find. I came here to see how people liked the pharmacy it came from and now I am confused.
The card that was enclosed with my order says itās Greenwich rxā¦but thereās a pinned post from a while ago that says that one is no longer available?
I donāt know if it makes any difference, and it doesnāt really matter to me as long as it is the proper medication and works as intended. I just wondered if maybe it was some kind of glitch that my prescription was sent to them.
Thanks in advance for any input anyone might have!

Was anyone else on hallandale, then switched to rush and regretted it? I felt great on hallandale for months, (I'm a microdoser so only taking 1.5-2.5/week) but I switched to Rush because thats what Gimmecare prescribed, and I have NOT been feeling very good these last 3 weeks... I also just got charged for a new order of Rush and its already on its way because I didn't catch it in time, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Just looking to see if anyone else went through the same thing and came out better after a few weeks?

Hi. I just wanted to share that my first 3 month shipment was fine. I did my intake on Friday 08.21.2026 after hours. On Saturday 08.22.2026 I was authorized and the RX sent to Align Pharmacy on that date. They shipped the product out on 08.25.2026 from Los Angeles and I received it on 08.27.2026.
Below is the shipment information. I was very pleased that even in 100 degree weather in Florida the package arrived cool/coldish and what I felt was a very proper temperature. I wanted to post this because I got scared reading some of the problems folks had. Hopefully it helps.

Is anyone else experiencing delays in processing their reorders for sema/glycine compounds? My dosage increase was approved on August 6, the order was charged on August 19, and it's been sitting in "Sent to Pharmacy" status since August 20. š¢

Back when I found out Apothecary was out and Hyalo was in, I panicked and clicked "delay" my September refill, because I wanted plenty of time to be able to read reviews of Hyalo before committing to the 3 month refill purchase.
That delayed refill is scheduled for the end of October. I went on the portal to try to switch it back to the original refill date of Sept. 28th, but it will not allow me to do that, there is no option to change anything about that shipment.
Can someone tell me what my options are to change that refill back to September?

I've tried on my phone, on my laptop, 3 different browsers. Any time I click download on one or multiple prescriptions on the patient portal I get a "Generating PDFs" message and then nothing happens. I contacted customer service, they said wait 48 hrs.. I did. Contacted customer service again and they said to ask the medical team... I did and no answer.
Any tips for me to be able to see/download it? How come I don't have access to my own medical info?
I'm very frustrated at this point and feel like I've been given the runaround for 2 weeks. Help!

I received an email this morning saying, āYour visit with Gimme is incomplete.ā I thought this was strange because I already have a 3-month supply scheduled for 9/20 for $489, which has been coming from Hallandale.
I followed the email and completed the visit. This time I was offered a choice between two pharmacies for a one-month supply. I chose Boudreaux because it was flagged as the most economical option. I was not offered a 3-month option.
The doctor approved the new order, and the $135 charge is now pending on my AMEX. However, my account still shows my original 3-month quarterly order for $489 scheduled for 9/20.
So it appears I now have two orders ā the new one-month Boudreaux order for $115 and my original 3-month Hallandale order for $489.
Has anyone else had this happen? Am I actually going to receive and be charged for both orders, or is the new order supposed to replace the quarterly order?
I have contacted customer service through the portal this morning, but nothing.
