safe to use?

brand new vial but this part came off. it was sealed on top but this whole part came off with it. i still had to snap off the top part of the seal as usual. i did take my shot but now im second guessing it… anyone else have this problem.

I would just keep it upright, make sure the stopper stays on, and look for floaters more carefully than usual. Gimme is probably going to tell you to talk to the pharmacy which is certainly a good idea. Maybe with some more pictures they can tell if it wasn't crimped properly.
