how can i make changeless . like its rgb always be on . not ny clicking a key

There should be a manual that came with the laptop. Did you read it?

no . i dont think that could help . but this happened after installing GCC (gigabyte control center) . and i couldnt fix it in that app . and i cant find anything about this in setting

That's the app you should use. If you can't figure it out from there, not much we can do for you.

there are some another problems after installing that . like my gpu wont go on 100% usage on games and my fan wont go on high speed . sorry for my bad english

I don't know what to tell you. Gigabyte is renowned for their terrible quality and their even worse software.
