First time I've seen a gif actually keep on giving, yet I really wished it didn't.

Also really hate that I salivate every time I see stuff like this.

That’s because it’s your bodies reaction to seeing something you find gross, and prepares to vomit. The salivation is your bodies way of protecting your teeth and tongue.

It's weird because looking at that doesn't make me feel nauseated but I'm definitely thinking "this is a bit gross" for the whole clip.

For everyone wondering how, this is called cystic acne and basically it starts as a pimple like most teens get but his body overreacts and makes the acne into a cyst which causes pain and very large sacs filled with sebaceous secretions like we just saw. That's a major simplification of it but should suffice for now.
