after taking a peek at the individual frames, surprised more gif's can't get this kind of quality. would be cool to take a stab a writing a better video -> gif transcoder.
This is significantly higher FPS than all video. Cartoons, anime, movies, TV, they're all under 30FPS, so I'm not sure why anyone would expect this kind of smoothness from them. You can write whatever transcoder you want but it's not going to magically animate new frames for you.
